Broccoli Fry kijiye try....



Dosto...salam masnoon...ab ghar ghar may health concious hogaye hain loag...beemaariyaan nit naii tou phir pakwan bhi nit naye...kum masale waali recipies ke shauqeen doston ke lye ye brocccoli healthy fry recipie pesh hai...ab is se asan pakwan kya hosakta hai...phir susti ko door bhagayen...apne pyaaron ki seheth ka khayal rakhte huye apni mohabbat ko azmaayein...shabash...chalein..banayen..khaayen...khilaayen...

Ingredients
-----------------

1 Medium-sized broccoli
7-8 Garlic cloves, grated
1/2 inch Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
to taste Salt
to taste Black pepper powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
Ghee, for roasting


Direction
-----------------

Wash and cut broccoli into separate florets. Boil in water till soft.
Strain and leave it to cool down. Roast cumin seeds in 1-2 tbsp ghee. Add grated ginger and garlic.
When the spices release aroma, add broccoli, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and roast.if you want more spicy you can add  red chilli powder as per your taste.
When broccoli turns slightly brown and crisp, turn off the gas. Sprinkle lime juice and serve.lime juice is optional..

stuffed kheema Naan ..kehte hain baat meri maan...

 



Dosto,phir wahi naan...nahi ye kuch aur hi hai...isme kheema to suna hua hi hai magar zayeqa naya hai..jub masaledar kheeme ne naan ji se mil kar ye kaha ke....hum dono mil ke ek naya zayeqa ejaad karenge....to phir banaiye aur kha kar bataiye...ke maza aaya ke nahi...

waqt ki pukaar hai ye...kal ho na ho....jo kal kare so aaj kar..jo aaj kare so ab...warna sochon may hi zaaya hojaayega sab...

log bawarchi khanon se zyada telephones may waqt zaaya karte hain...aaj kis ne kya kiya...pehle ye zaruri hai dekhna ke...humne kya kiya...

chalein shabash ...aap hum aur ye recipie....kuch kar dikhane ki tamanna may....hurray.... 




Ingredients

For Dough 

2 cups Maida
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cups curd
5-6 tbsp neutral oil
Water as required

For Keema 

1 cups minced mutton
1/2 cups onions , chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
coriander leaves


Direction

In a bowl add maida, salt, sugar, some oil, curd and water to knead a soft dough. Pat with some oil and let this rest for around 2 hours.

in a pan heat some oil; add ginger garlic paste, minced meat and onions.


Cook for some time and then add the powdered spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, haldi, red chilli powder and salt according to taste.

Once the keema is almost cooked, add coriander leaves and take off the heat.

Get the dough and section into 4. Make thick medium sized rotis and add the stuffing in them.

Pinch all sides together and roll with light hands.
To bake cook 50% on a pan and then add to a pre heated oven.

To cook in tawa, lightly flip on both sides until golden brown and cooked.

Brush with coriander and garlic butter and enjoy with a dip of your choice.

Yummy Hummus

tou phir itni zayeqe se bharpoor asani si dish k liye restaurant ya weekend ka intizar be-maani hai..

jub dil kare jhat pat ban sakti hai..

aur phir apne pyaaron ka khayal to yon bhi rakha jasakta hai...

dilon ko jeetne ka fun jo isme hai kahin nahi...

kyon..kya khayal hai...

mushkil nahi hai kuch bhi agar maan lijiye...

Ingredients of Hummus

---------------------------------

2 Cups Chickpeas

1 tbsp Garlic, chopped

1 tbsp Coriander

1 tsp sesame paste

3 tsp Lime juice

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt and pepper

For garnish Coriander leaves and olive oil




Direction

----------------

Soak the chick peas overnight, boil them and drain the water.

Blend all the ingredients together into a thick paste.

If required, add some of the drained chickpea water when blending.

Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish and serve with pita bread.

Chicken Qorma Nuraani....

 



Azeez Dosto, salam dua...ummid hai ke aap sab bakhair honge...zindagi ke rang zaayeqon ke sang...dilkhush tajruba hai lazeez khaana khilana...so jo aapko duniya ka mushkil daur bhula de...kyon na aisa kuch kiya jaaye..ke kha kar khila kar tabiyet khush karli jaaye...tou phir lijiye mukamaal "Noor" nooraani shorba...chicken bibi ka white qorma....


Ingredients

  • 2  pounds chicken 


  • 1 cup plain yogurt


  • 1 onion roughly chopped


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 4 green chilies


  • salt to taste


  • ½ teaspoon garam masala


  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom


  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


  • ¼ teaspoon white or black pepper


  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

  • ½ cup cashews


  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or white poppy seeds


  • ¼ cup heavy cream


  • ¼ cup water


  • mint and green chilies garnish

Blend the ingredients listed under “marination” and pour this over the raw chicken. Mix well.and cook on a medium flame for 10 min

While waiting for the chicken to cook, add the cashews, sesame seeds or poppy seeds and heavy cream to the blender and allow the nuts and seeds to soften..

Blend the cashew sauce. sauté on the pot, pour the sauce into the pot and cook for a couple of minutes.your qorma is ready to serve with naam and rice...

So bahar,basant pathjhad in sab ka choli daman ka saath hai...aur ye tajrubaat insan ko haqaayeq se milaane ke liye hi pesh aate hain..

ye tou thi ghair haazri ke uzar ki daastaan..

Zindagi baharsurat aage badhne ka hi naam hai..chale chalne ka hi naam hai..jahan zindagi hai saansein bhi hain..saans lene ke liye tawanaii bhi darkaar hai...phir khaane se bhala kaisa inkaar hai...

Phir pesh hai ek aur zaayeqedar asan si beef ki recipie...

mai ingredients ke baare may itna hi keh sakti hun ke aapki umarbhar ka tajruba hi zaayeqon may nit naye tajrube ka bayes banta hai...azmaish shert hai...chaliye shuru karein bismillah....hum aap aur beef hydari..."hydari " isliye ke gosht jism ki taqat-o-tawanaii badhata hai..




Ingrediants

2 lb beef , cut into 1-inch pieces

salt as per taste

2 tsp ground black pepper

3 tbs vegetable oil

1 medium onion, diced

8 garlic cloves, finely grated

3 inch ginger, finely grated

3 sticks cinnamon

6 cordomoms

5 kashmiri chillies

1 tsp cumin seeds

3 tbs whole coriander seeds

1 tbsp. curry powder

1 can coconut milk

( ground all spices )



Directions
------------------------

Season meat generously with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook, flipping once, until deeply golden, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.


Add onion to skillet and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, and all grounded spices and cook , Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Lower heat to low, add beef, and continue to simmer until tender..


Serve with naan/rice ...

Healthy Raagi Dosa

Mere pyaare dosto...salam masnoon...ummid hai aap sab bakhair honge...aur ab tou bas mosam ki hi nahi bulke dawaton ki bhi germa germi hogi....kyon ke mosam-e-germa ki chuttiyan jo shuru hone wali hain...chalein dawatein tou hoti rahengi...aaj aapki seheth ki khatirdari karein...ye ragi( millet) ka dosa mazedar hone ke saath saath mufeed bhi hai...yaane ke faidemand bhi....sugar ke mareezon ke liye khususan...aur aam taur per zaayeqa badalne ke liye bhi banaya aur khaaya jasakta hai...


ek baat bataun aapko ...raagi se bana her pakwan mazedar hota hai..anginat recipies anginnat zaayeqe...zarur try karein...



Ingredients

2 Cups Ragi flour
1/2 Cup Rice flour
1/2 Cup Sour curds
3-4 Green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
1 Cup Coriander, chopped
1/2 Cup Onions, finely chopped
To taste Salt
For tempering:
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
5-6 Curry leaves
1 tsp Oil

Direction

------------
Mix the ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and onions. Add sufficient water tro form a batter of pouring consistency, set aside for 2 hours.
Heat the oil and add all the ingredients for tempering. When the mustard seeds crackle, add to the batter.
Heat the non stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. When hot, pour a ladelful of the batter, spread using a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side.
Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking. When crispy fold over and serve hot with any kind of chutney....tomato chutney, coriander coconut chutney ...

kaafi dino baad zaayeqa pesh horaha hai...kyon ki hum khud haazir nahi they...hua yon ke zaayeqa saath chala to tha magar hum ruk gaye they....is duniya ki ranga rangi tabiyet per mutaheer hote rahe ....ye pesha to bada purana hai kal bhi wahi tha aaj bhi wahi zamaana hai....

Aaj khud ko un jhamelon se nikal kar aap se do do baatein karne aai hun...ek to ye ke hum zaayeqon ke rasiya zaayeqe se bach kar jaayenge kahan...jahan koi ghum sataya wahin naye zaayeqon ki talaash lene lagti hai jaan...

So lijiye ek chatpati si recipie khaiye, khilaiye mauj manaiye....

Peshawari Chapli Kebab
---------------------------------
1 Kg mutton (with fat)

3 nions, finely chopped

3 tomatoes (peeled and deseeded), finely chopped

some finely chopped green chillies

1 cup finely chopped cyliantro

1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves

some sliced tomatoes

Black pepper

2 tables spoon coarsely grinded coriander seeds

1 teaspoon garam masla powder

1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

salt to taste

for grilling/shallow frying cooking oil

Direction

1.Prepare a mince using mutton, salt & pepper.
2.Mix together chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander seeds ,and all ingrediants and minced meat.
3.Add salt & black pepper to taste.
4.Make kebab patties with the meat mixture and keep aside.
5.Heat a fry-pan/grill and add oil and place the kebab patties on the pan/grill. Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until brown.
6.Add sliced tomatoes on the second side of patty while frying. It gives tinge of sourness to the kebabs.
7.Serve with raita or a naan.
