Bhindi ki Sabzi


Lijiye...aapki pasandeeda sabzi..jiske dher saare fayede hain...aur anek zaayeqe...jo baat kehna bhi chahte hon chupaana bhi..unke liye khaas taur per mufid hai...taake luabdaar bhendi ki phislan may aadhe lafz phisal jaayen aur baat puri bhi hojaaye...kahiye kaisi kahi?

Ingredient

Bhindi 1/2 kg
pyaaz 1
harimirch 4
dhania ki patti 2 tbs
zeera powder 1/4 tsp
dhania powder 1/2 tsp
haldi powder 1/4 tsp
laalmirch powder 1/4 tsp
sabut zera 1/4 tsp
namak hasb-e-zayeqa
oil 3tbs

pan may oil garam karlen...phir thodi si saabut zeera daalen..harimirch add karen...ab bareek kati hui pyaaz, ati hui harimirch daal kar fry karen..2 se teen min bhun len..ab saare masaalhe daalden namak bhi daalen...halka sa bhun kar kati hui bhindi daalden..achi tarha mix karllen...ab pan ko dhak kar halki aanch may sabzi pakne den..5 min baad isme dhania ki patti garnish karen...halka sa mix karen..

lijiye mazedar bhindi ki sabzi lamhon may tayaar hai...garam garam chapaation ke sang khoob maza degi...Haan haan shauq se nosh fermaayen....
