Fried Rice / bagaarey khana


Fried Rice yaane ke khusbudar zayeqa....aur vo bhi kohinoor Basmati waala....chawal anajon ka sartaaj...aadhi duniya shayeq-e-daana daana ...chahe jisey baar baar khaana...vo hai sadion purana wahi apna bagare-khana..yaani baghaar de kar banaya hua khaana...ye chicken/mutton qurma ke saath tu chal mai aaya waala saathi hai...tou saathio chaliye is se pehle ke bhuk se meda bilbila uthey...khaana baghaar liya jaaye...aaiye jaldi kijiye....

Ingidiants

Rice-2 cup
onion-1
gren chillies-4
mint leaves-1/4 cup
coriander leaves-1/4 cup
tomato-2
ginger arlic paste-1 tbs
coconut paste 2 tbs
salt
Cinnamon-2 pieces
cordemom-4
clove-4
ghe/oil

Heat ghee in a rice cooker / nonstick pan). Add garam masala ,Once aroma oozes out..Add onions and green chillies... fry till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 3 mts. Add mint.corriander ,tomatoes,coconut paste and saute for few minutes. Add 3 1/2 cups of water. Add salt.When the water starts boiling add the soaked rice ,cover and cook till done.


Serve hot with mutton / chicken gravy or Bagara Baingan....
