Maash ki Daal


Maash yaane urad ki daal...kaha jaata hai her qism ki kamar ke liye mufeed hai..mera matlab hai ke bal khaati bel se lekar kamre tak ki kamar sab ke liye...ye spinal card ko mazbut karti hai..phir pelvic gurdle ki shikayeten door karti hai aur phir ye tawanaii -o- taaqat badhaati hai...(qadeem)hadion ko lubricate bhi karti hai..gharz behad karamad hai her umr ke liye...kyon na try karen...

Maash ki daal 1 cup
pyaaz ek adad
tamatar 1
hari mirch 4
lahsun panch kaliyaan
kothimir/ dhaniya ki patti 1/4 cup
grated fresh coconut 2 tbs
lemon juice 1/2 tbs
namak hasb-e-zayeqa
haldi 1/4 spoon
darchini do tukde
sabut sukhi lalmirch 2
zeera 1/4 tsp

sab se pehle daal ko halka sa bhun len..taaki usme sondhi sondhi khusbu aajaaye...phir usey dho len..adhi kati pyaaz,1 tamatar kata hua, harimirch,2 lehsun ki kaliyaan sab dho kar daal may daal den..haldi shaamil karen..in sab ko cooker may ek whistle per gala len.

ab grated coconut ,dhania ki patti,lemon juice,namak hasb-e-zayeqa shaamil karen...halki anch per pakne den..

pan garam karen,2 tsp tel/oil dalen. garam hone per zeera , kati sukhi mirch daalen,halka sunehri hone den..ab bareek kati hui pyaz,bareek kuta hua lahsun daalen..sunehra/golden bhun len..ab ye sari tali hui chezen paki huii daal may ad karen..aur 2/3 min halki aanch per pakne den...

lijiye garma garam luzzatdaar Maash ki daal tayaar hai...garma garam chappation ke saath ya phir parathon ke saath nosh fermaayen.

iske lagataar istemaal se budhe aur bache jawaan hojaate hain...aurten pehelwaan hojaati hain..pathon ki tawanai basa awqaat khatarnaak bhi tou hoti hai...ek qahqaha per ek haath dhar diya tou phir aai huii taqat kho bhi sakti hai....so taqat ka sahi istemaal fayede mand hai dosto..
per maash ki daal khaayen zarur...baghair kisi taradud ke...ok ji...
