Satrangi yaane dhanak rangon se saja her mosam may lutf deta hua....parhezi yane shakaari...halka phulka veg pulao bhaant bhaant ke logon ki marghub ghiza hai..mulkon mulkon mashoor aur her mezbaan ki mehmaan-nawazi ka dastoor hai.so kyon na apne datarkhwan ki shan badhaii jaaye..aaiye dekhen ye dish kya kya maangti hai..sach puchiye tou ek khayaal,ek chah,ek khushi ka lamha..aur kya chahe ek mohabbat bhara dil iske siwa..aaiye in masalon may mohabbat ka zayeqa shaamil karen.aur is pulao ka zayeqa dobalaa karen...
Swad ka ek raaz pakaane waale ki puri tavajoh ( dilchaspi) aur uski lagan hai..
Ingredients
Heat oil and add the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and add the sliced onions and saute the onions till it brown.and add the ginger garlic paste and saut for a while and then add mint coriander leaves and gren chilies.now Add the vegetables and cook them in low heat for 4 to 5 min. now add 31/2 cup water and salt.Then add the rice and Cook covered for 10 min .
