2 lbs basmati rice
3 lbs mutton
5 onions (thinly sliced)
6 green cardamoms (crushed)
6 cloves
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
4 finely chopped tomatoes
8 green chillies
1 cup chopped mint leaves
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbs lemon juice
1 cup beaten curd
¼ cup ghee
¼ cup oil
Direction

Wash & soak the rice in water for one hour.
Heat oil and ghee in a deep dish.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and green cardamoms.
Add onions and fry till they turn brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and fry for 3 min.
Now add mint and coriander leaves and sauté for 2 min.
Add mutton pieces and fry it for 5 to 10 min.
Add some salt and coriander pwd, chilli pwd, chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 more min.
Now add beaten curd and let it cook or put this mixture in a pressure cooker for 20 min.
Now ready to prepare the rice separately in Wide pan. First boil the water and then put the rice and salt .after one or two boils drain the water.
Now you can add the rice with mutton and mix it well.. And garnish with some mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Let it cook for 10 min in a low heat.
Now your delicious Mutton pulao is ready to serve with raita and bagara baingan.
