Double Ka Meetha



Dosto…aaha..aaj is blog ke nasib jaage hain…aaj is blog per aap sab ki dawat-e-shahi ke liye, ek shaandaar, zaayeqedaar recipie aap sab ko madhosh karne aai hai..ye vo zaayeqa hai jo saadgi ko deewangi may tabdil kardeta hai..Be-zubaani ko maang per majbur kardeta hai..aji haan apna wahi shahon ka shaahi tukda…yaane ke bread ka meetha…ye shaaz-o-nadar hi dastarkhwanon per sajta hai..magar jub bhi sajta hai mehmanon ka dil khush kar deta hai..tou lijiye nek kaam may der kyon..chaliye shuru karen Bismillah…
Ingredients
  • About 8 bread slices
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • few strands of safron
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts ( pistas, cashews, slices almonds )
Direction
Cut the bread into quarters.
In a heavy bottom pan add some ghee and then toast these Slices.
Turn them when golden brown.
Prepare the sugar syrup by adding the sugar and water in a skillet until it thickens. remove from heat and add the cardamom powder.
Warm the milk and condensed milk together and add saffron strands to it.
Arrange the bread slices in a deep pan,
and pour the sugar syrup over it.
Now pour the milk mixture over it.
Garnish it with toasted nuts.
