Ingredients

Graham cracker crumbs - 11/2 cup
Butter - 1/3 cup
Cream cheese - 4 packets
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 11/4 cups
Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/3 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For Crust - Combine the cracker crumbs and butter.
Fill the bottom of the baking dish with the crumb mixture.
Seal and place this mixture in the freezer until the filling is ready.
For Filling - In a separate dish, add the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Whip this mixture until its reaches a creamy consistency.
Now remove the crust from the freezer and pour this filling into it.
Put the cheesecake into the preheated oven and bake for an hour. Once the cheesecake looks done, remove and let it cool.
Once the cheesecake is about room temperature, cover and chill in the refrigerator.
Slice and serve cold.
