Kabab Hariyaale







Assalam-o-Alaikum Dosto…ek arsey daraz ke baad aap sab say milne ka ek puraana bahana le kar aai hun…ye kabab tou aap sab ke jaane pehchane hain…zaayeqa bhi …..magar maine kabhi banaaye nahi…sirf khaaye hain..shaayed aap may say bhi bahuton ne sirf khaaye hi honge..so kyon na ab ke banaaye jaayen ..khaaye jaayen , khilaaye jaayen…waise dosto…daur ab shahi pakwanon ko hazam karne ka guzar chukka…fast food aur sauces ki bharmaar ne medon ka qudrati nizaam tahas nahas kar daala hai..so ab ghaur karne ka waqt hai..zara sa shauq, thodi si lagan…aur apnon ki shehath ka khayaal…isi mixture ka naam mohabbat hai..aur aap sab ko isi mohabbat ka waasta….noodle ho ya pasta ghar may pakaayen..saaf suthra zaayeqedaar khaana apnon ko khilaayen…sehathmand rahen, sehathmand rakhen….ok ji…

Ingrediants

1 kg beef / lamb kheema finely minced


I tbs red chillie powder crushed


½ tsp black pepper coarsely grounded


1 tbs coriander roasted and coarsely grounded


1 tsp cumin seeds ( zeera) roasted and finely grounded


6 greenn chillies finely chopped


1 medium onion finely chopped


4 tomatoes finely chopped


1 bunch of fresh  mint leaves ( podina) finely chpped


1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves bunch finely chopped


Salt to taste


1 egg


Cooking oil

Mix all of the ingrediants with minced beef and knead well . set aside for 15  to 20 minutes.


Take about 1 ¼ tablespoon of mixture in your hand..Place it in center of your palm, Roll it to form a smooth ball..Flatten the ball by pressing  firmly  between your palms. These kababs will be a  little bigger in size than usual round kababs.


Heat oil in frying pan. When oil gets hot lower heat and fry  kababs until  wll done.


Now you can garnish your delicious kababs with onions tomatoes mint leaves and  serve with green chutney and hot sauce.
