Chicken Qorma Nuraani....

 



Azeez Dosto, salam dua...ummid hai ke aap sab bakhair honge...zindagi ke rang zaayeqon ke sang...dilkhush tajruba hai lazeez khaana khilana...so jo aapko duniya ka mushkil daur bhula de...kyon na aisa kuch kiya jaaye..ke kha kar khila kar tabiyet khush karli jaaye...tou phir lijiye mukamaal "Noor" nooraani shorba...chicken bibi ka white qorma....


Ingredients

  • 2  pounds chicken 


  • 1 cup plain yogurt


  • 1 onion roughly chopped


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 4 green chilies


  • salt to taste


  • ½ teaspoon garam masala


  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom


  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


  • ¼ teaspoon white or black pepper


  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

  • ½ cup cashews


  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or white poppy seeds


  • ¼ cup heavy cream


  • ¼ cup water


  • mint and green chilies garnish

Direction

Blend the ingredients listed under “marination” and pour this over the raw chicken. Mix well.and cook on a medium flame for 10 min

While waiting for the chicken to cook, add the cashews, sesame seeds or poppy seeds and heavy cream to the blender and allow the nuts and seeds to soften..

Blend the cashew sauce. sauté on the pot, pour the sauce into the pot and cook for a couple of minutes.your qorma is ready to serve with naam and rice...

Salam Dosto...kaafi dino baad khud ko zaayeqa per pesh kar rahi hun...is darmyan zindagi saanehon ka safar rahi...

kahani hamesha ek hi unwan per iktifa nahi karti..zindagi mosamon ki tarha unwan badalti rahti hai....

So bahar,basant pathjhad in sab ka choli daman ka saath hai...aur ye tajrubaat insan ko haqaayeq se milaane ke liye hi pesh aate hain..

ye tou thi ghair haazri ke uzar ki daastaan..

Zindagi baharsurat aage badhne ka hi naam hai..chale chalne ka hi naam hai..jahan zindagi hai saansein bhi hain..saans lene ke liye tawanaii bhi darkaar hai...phir khaane se bhala kaisa inkaar hai...

Phir pesh hai ek aur zaayeqedar asan si beef ki recipie...

mai ingredients ke baare may itna hi keh sakti hun ke aapki umarbhar ka tajruba hi zaayeqon may nit naye tajrube ka bayes banta hai...azmaish shert hai...chaliye shuru karein bismillah....hum aap aur beef hydari..."hydari " isliye ke gosht jism ki taqat-o-tawanaii badhata hai..




Ingrediants

2 lb beef , cut into 1-inch pieces

salt as per taste

2 tsp ground black pepper

3 tbs vegetable oil

1 medium onion, diced

8 garlic cloves, finely grated

3 inch ginger, finely grated

3 sticks cinnamon

6 cordomoms

5 kashmiri chillies

1 tsp cumin seeds

3 tbs whole coriander seeds

1 tbsp. curry powder

1 can coconut milk

( ground all spices )



Directions

Season meat generously with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook, flipping once, until deeply golden, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.


Add onion to skillet and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, and all grounded spices and cook , Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Lower heat to low, add beef, and continue to simmer until tender..


Serve with naan/rice ...
