Healthy Raagi Dosa

Mere pyaare dosto...salam masnoon...ummid hai aap sab bakhair honge...aur ab tou bas mosam ki hi nahi bulke dawaton ki bhi germa germi hogi....kyon ke mosam-e-germa ki chuttiyan jo shuru hone wali hain...chalein dawatein tou hoti rahengi...aaj aapki seheth ki khatirdari karein...ye ragi( millet) ka dosa mazedar hone ke saath saath mufeed bhi hai...yaane ke faidemand bhi....sugar ke mareezon ke liye khususan...aur aam taur per zaayeqa badalne ke liye bhi banaya aur khaaya jasakta hai...


ek baat bataun aapko ...raagi se bana her pakwan mazedar hota hai..anginat recipies anginnat zaayeqe...zarur try karein...



Ingredients

2 Cups Ragi flour
1/2 Cup Rice flour
1/2 Cup Sour curds
3-4 Green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
1 Cup Coriander, chopped
1/2 Cup Onions, finely chopped
To taste Salt
For tempering:
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
5-6 Curry leaves
1 tsp Oil

Direction

Mix the ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and onions. Add sufficient water tro form a batter of pouring consistency, set aside for 2 hours.
Heat the oil and add all the ingredients for tempering. When the mustard seeds crackle, add to the batter.
Heat the non stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. When hot, pour a ladelful of the batter, spread using a circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side.
Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking. When crispy fold over and serve hot with any kind of chutney....tomato chutney, coriander coconut chutney ...

Peshawari chapli kabab

kaafi dino baad zaayeqa pesh horaha hai...kyon ki hum khud haazir nahi they...hua yon ke zaayeqa saath chala to tha magar hum ruk gaye they....is duniya ki ranga rangi tabiyet per mutaheer hote rahe ....ye pesha to bada purana hai kal bhi wahi tha aaj bhi wahi zamaana hai....

Aaj khud ko un jhamelon se nikal kar aap se do do baatein karne aai hun...ek to ye ke hum zaayeqon ke rasiya zaayeqe se bach kar jaayenge kahan...jahan koi ghum sataya wahin naye zaayeqon ki talaash lene lagti hai jaan...

So lijiye ek chatpati si recipie khaiye, khilaiye mauj manaiye....

Ingredients

Peshawari Chapli Kebab
---------------------------------
1 Kg mutton (with fat)

3 nions, finely chopped

3 tomatoes (peeled and deseeded), finely chopped

some finely chopped green chillies

1 cup finely chopped cyliantro

1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves

some sliced tomatoes

Black pepper

2 tables spoon coarsely grinded coriander seeds

1 teaspoon garam masla powder

1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

salt to taste

for grilling/shallow frying cooking oil

Direction

1.Prepare a mince using mutton, salt & pepper.
2.Mix together chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander seeds ,and all ingrediants and minced meat.
3.Add salt & black pepper to taste.
4.Make kebab patties with the meat mixture and keep aside.
5.Heat a fry-pan/grill and add oil and place the kebab patties on the pan/grill. Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until brown.
6.Add sliced tomatoes on the second side of patty while frying. It gives tinge of sourness to the kebabs.
7.Serve with raita or a naan.
